The participants are split in teams.
The master of the ceremony distributes the starter kits containing:
• A briefing of the head of communication of your client.
• A map of the site with the implants of the technical ateliers.
• A route sheet
• A DV camera, a tripod, and a sound kit
• A clap, a time code sheet, and a sript sheet.
Every team benefits of a present coordinator. This one will explain the technical details and possible special effects.
After contribution of the roles the participants will reunite to share their ideas and to consider solutions to realize them in their film.
Every team member has a specific role and precise actions tofulfil during the shooting. The ateliers take place in order to encourage the participants to show creativity and professionalism: make-up-atelier, costume atelier and the sound atelier.
Every team has three hours to realize their publicity spot.
The spots will be diffused during the gala dinner. After the screening of every film the participants are invited to comment the qualities of the spot (best scenario, best actor...)
Everyone receives a DVD containing the ensemble of the created films.
Anything created with your image, with your colours.
