In 2003 Mme Dorine Eijkman created this centre as a refuge for the children living in the streets and the orphans from the village of Tamesloth.
The centre offers a simple accomodation for the children, regular meals and an education. Indeed the mornings are reserved for mathematics, french and arabic lessons. In the afternoons arts and sport lessons take place.
In the present 53 children have found a place at the centre and everyone of them begins to look into a beautiful future thanks to the work of Dorine. Dorine is always looking for volontary workers and donations to improve the situation for the children.
It happened that some students from Oxford spent a couple of days with the children in order to teach them some basic lessons of English.
The next project is to open a pedagogic farm in Tamesloth which will offer more space for the children. The buildings in the village centre have become to small to realize all the activities and to give a roof for everyone.
The main thing is to live and to let live an unforgettable human experience.
