NADA
A native of Casablanca, Nada grew up in Fes. From the age of 11, she has been living in Marrakesh where she studied and obtained her Master’s degree at the famous VATEL hotel school. From a very young age, she has roamed the North, particularly the Mediterranean coast, with her family.
Her favourite region: The North which she knows very well: Tangier, Tetouan, Al Hoceima…
What makes Morocco beautiful according to her: The plethora of landscapes, climates, décor and extremely varied population. “It is essential to choose a trip of movement, meaning to get around and as much as possible in order to take in all of the varied splendor.”
The most cherished memory to take back with you from Morocco: Apart from all of the little handicrafts which we fall in love with in the souks, I would say ‘Tangia’ (A terracotta jar in which we stew meat for many hours which gives the dish its name) and according to me it’s the most emblematic object of Morocco”
